Plus+Coaching Agency exists for two reasons. I had worked on strategic reform at all levels of Government and the private sector for more than 20 years. By lived experience, I knew the common approaches to managing change did not work.
The fundamental focus needed to be on people and their mindset rather than the latest technology fix or management initiative rebranded.
The other reason is that I wanted to do something different.

We developed a personal online approach to coaching, small group and peer coaching prior to the pandemic, as it suited our clients who were often in distributed across many locations, even internationally.
